Primary Care

Note: We are currently not accepting new patients for Primary Care, only for PrEP and HIV care.

Primary care is provided for any adult, and will work with you to optimize your health. This will be a collaboration between you and the provider, both working together to manage various conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, anxiety and depression. 

We also provide HIV related services, including treatment and prevention. HIV research is ongoing and every year it seems we get better tools to work with to treat and prevent HIV. Whether it is oral or injectable medication, we can work together to figure out the best treatment for you.

We understand that going to a clinic for the first time can cause anxiety or apprehension. You may not know if the provider will listen to you, or address the issues that are most important for you. Sometimes experiences with previous providers may have been unsuccessful due to the lack of time spent developing the patient & provider relationship. 

Our goal is to provide a space where you have the time needed to discuss your concerns and work together with the provider to make a plan. We may not always have all the answers. If there is a situation where you may need more specialized care, we will help you find the appropriate care or specialist.
